alright, i think i have it all figured out, we are gonna have the cake table on the stage in the back left facing corner(pardon my furniture terms lol) and on that table (starting from bottom) will have a white table cloth, a smaller pink cloth(but turned) then i will have the beautiful serving set that DeAnn got me displayed. there will be four glass cubes with Grandpa's three C's of marriage egraved on them; Communication, Compromise, and Consideration. in between each cube wil be a lily. then we need to get some knd of flat surface to hold the cake steady. then, it will be the cake. on top of the cake will be three lilies and raised above those will be my double hearts pick.
on the back wall, we are gonna hang white tablecloths down to give it a nice clean back drob, then we will have a pink and green stripe come down from there
for the refreshment table, its gonna be one long table with a white table cloth on it, then a pink runner. starting from the left, there will be a drink bowl, then a whole bunch of cups, already filled, then in the middle there will be a larger flower arrangement with napkins and forks laid out in front of it. on the right side will be all the cakes already on plates for guest. i think Chantel and Ryan will be the ringleaders of the refreshments. off the the right side, but going back to the back of the stage will be a prep table where they can make food without getting in everyones way. and under the refreshment table will be a radio playing music
for where the guest will be sitting, there will just be a white table cloth, a pink runner, and a smaller arrangement in the middle of eash
on the north set of tables, on the one end, my guest book will be set up, with my double heart pet. behind that will be a picture of Jared and I, and another bigger arrangement. behind that will be the box for guest to place cards in, and behind that is where guest can put there presents
on the south side, on the table closest to the stage will be the screen showing the slide show of Jared and i as kids, and pics of us together
for the ceremony
starting from the left, Michelle will be standing by me, then Pres Adamson will be between Jared and i, then Jared, then Harley. both Michelle and Harley will be holding a small flower bouquet. above us will be some kind of Silver Double Hearts thing(hopefully i can find one) and then some kind of white fabric will float out from the middle, go thru both the little circles on the gazebo, and fall behing large flower arrangements on the tables beside.
Pres. Adamson will give his spill, and Jared and i will say "i do" then Jared will turn to Harley and ask for the ring. she will place her flowers down and pick ou the box placed on the table , open it, and offer my ring to Jared. then the same for me with Jared's ring.
